Shipping Policy

SOLOS collaborates with FedEx as default shipping, and we exclusively offer our customers free shipping services for orders over $100 USD before tax. You will find an estimated shipping time at the checkout page, and we will also send you a shipment confirmation email with your shipping address information and order number. If you have any questions regarding shipping or your order(s) has passed the estimated shipping date but you do not have the tracking information, please Contact US, and we will help you out. Thank you.

Shipping Cost

For orders less than $100 USD or to Hawaii and Alaska, Solos will charge a shipping cost.
The cost varies depending on your location, the size, and weight of the products themselves. To get a shipping quotation, you may add the products to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page.

For orders over $100 USD in 48 contiguous states, Solos provides free shipping by FedEx Ground.

We also offer charged FedEx Express shipping and FedEx 2 nights shipping as a shipping option for our customers.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed before 3 PM (Pacific Time) may ship out the same day, or we will ship out on the next business day. Order processing is automated. Hence, once an order is shipped and passed to FedEx, it cannot be canceled or amended.

*Map is for informational purposes only and is based on FedEx Ground Service Maps. Your transit time and carrier may vary. Please note that larger orders that require freight shipment may take an extra day to process and prepare for shipment.

If you have bulk order delivery and need further assistance, please contact our online customer support or [email protected]; we will help you with designated delivery requirements.

We may help to cancel your order and stop the shipping if the items are still in our warehouse. Or you need to receive it first then return it to us. For more information, please check with our Return Policy.

Shipping Outside the United States:

  • To Countries Other Than the United States: Currently, we do not provide international shipping beyond the United States. However, many freight forwarder locations in the United States can effectively manage your international delivery. We will ship to any of these freight forwarders for free. Our website includes shipping weights and dimensions on all SOLOS products, making it easier to find a freight forwarder to help you export your order.
  • For customers in Europe, please check our official European website www.solos-it.eu We now provide e-commerce and shipping services in the European Union and the United Kingdom from our Amsterdam warehouses. Please notice that products and prices may vary. Thank you.
