Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

  • Most SOLOS orders ship the same business day if ordered by 3PM Pacific Time.
  • USD 5.99 standard shipping will be applied for United States domestic, for order amount less than USD 100.
  • We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • Just give us a call if you would like to provide personalized delivery instructions, choose delivery times and dates, or hold/redirect packages. You can also perform these actions yourself via FedEx's Delivery Manager , with FedEx shipping.

Shipping Cost

For orders less than US$100 or to Hawaii and Alaska, Solos will charge a shipping cost.
The cost varies depending on your location, the size and weight of the products themselves. To get a shipping quotation, you may add the products to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address on the checkout page.

Shipping Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (Pacific Time). Orders placed before 3 PM (Pacific Time) may ship out the same day, or we will ship out on the next business day. Order processing is automated. Hence, once an order is shipped and passed to FedEx, it cannot be canceled or amended.

If you have bulk order delivery and need further assistance, please contact our online customer support or [email protected]; we will help you with designated delivery requirements.
We may help to cancel your order and stop the shipping if the items still in our warehouse. Or you need to receive it first then return it to us. For more information, please check with our Return Policy

Shipping Outside the United States:

  • To Countries Other Than the United States: Currently, we do not provide international shipping beyond the United States. However, many freight forwarder locates in the United States can effectively manage your international delivery. We will ship to any of these freight forwarders for free. Our website includes shipping weights and dimensions on all SOLOS products, making it easier to find a freight forwarder to help you export your order.
